What can i do for my Tiffany bracelet?

I try scrubbing it with toothpaste.. not kidding.. after i went in a hottub with my charm bracelet, it turned browny yellow and i scrubbed with toothpaste and it went away.if this doesn’t work, i prepare to take it to a jewelry store and they’ll clean it for a price.tiffany
